Objectives:
Reduce the amount of lost or misplaced materials
Allows artists to have cleaner and more accessible work space
Goals:
Ensure that sold pieces stay well protect until pickup
Have an e-commerce system in place by deadline
Deliverables:
Allows the business to keep track of materials so they don’t need to be purchased again.
Risks:
Could potentially revert back to old ways
