Actively Communicate With Team
Throughout the duration of this project I can see why proper communication between team members is crucial to the success of the end result. Make sure all members are informed to the extent that you deem necessary. In order for this process to be successful I had to keep the owner informed with all the steps I was taking and doing so would allow him to pass that information along to his employees. It would include information about the app of choice and how to go about using it properly.
