Incorporating this new Artwork Archive app will allow easy access to stored art pieces as well as allowing customers to view their purchased work or ones that are currently for sale. Using this app is going to allow employees to keep better track of their own materials and pieces, which will help with minimizing lost or misplaced items.

The one main negative that could arise is that art pieces could be entered into the app incorrectly which may cause confusion within the company.
