Business Owners
There will be a meeting held this week with owner, Steve Cook and all employees. The discussion will be regarding Artwork Archive, the new software that we will be implementing to help with the organization process. We will also go over any concerns that people may with the new application.
Manager
Another meeting will be involving the manager and myself. It is primarily to teach them how to use the software to its fullest potential and to ensure that they have a complete understanding of it and have the ability to teach the employees if need be.
Employees
This meeting will be with the owner and employees. They will further discuss more about how to effectively use the app along with teaching them how to properly use it.
